Over the years I have at times been a licensed Realtor, Controller for a large real estate and mortgage company and developed commercial properties. Also, have moved multiple times within the US and had an overseas move. At the time of my move to Tucson and looking for a home to buy it was a sellers' market. Lynette never tired and she knows Tucson and the market so well. As some unusual issues presented Lynette did not hesitate to collaborate with her network of professionals until problem was resolved quickly. She is a true professional and I also will always consider her a friend. I am grateful to have met her and will forever appreciate her support.

If Lynette had been available there, my life would have been a lot easier. It was refreshing to work with someone that knows the market, knows the trends, anticipates issues before they arise, has immediate access to inspectors and contractors, realistic in her approach and an impressive negotiator. She was very patient with us, as we had a very difficult needs list, and a large want list for our perfect home. After sixteen showings, our first pick for a home to purchase fell through as it had far too many issues found after inspections. We were very disappointed with the process, and ready to give up on our search.
